hmm. i bet this was all done by Eisuke Hondou and he's hiding inside the laundry machine on the balcony. he walked right in the door because the model-store guy's friend(s) or ex-GF forgot to lock the door behind them. Eisuke tripped over the slippers because he's such a klutz and that's also why he accidentally deleted all those files from the computer. the 'supposed sweat' is actually water off Eisuke's clothes because he clumsily splashed water all over himself after washing his hands in the bathroom (post using the toilet of course).

there's another theory, one of the model-store guy's friends is the one hiding in the apartment. or his ex-GF. after the guy surprised one of them too many times with that toy-gun threat gag, somebody decided to mess around with their 'friend/ex-BF'. they intended to play this prank by using their key to get into his apartment, messing with his computer, moving around stuff like the photo album, and other personal items inside the apartment. but since the model-store guy came home early from work instead of going to the gym, and met up with Conan et. al. the 'pretend burglar' was surprised 'mid-prank' and is now hiding... inside the laundry machine on the balcony.
